 festival pulls into harbor at the New London Waterfront Park on<br />

 illustrators are the featured attraction amongst a host of interactive<br />
 children’s games\, balloon artists\, entertainment and many boats. This<br />
 year’s event will also feature the return of working tugboats on City<br />
 Pier\, and festival-goers can also enjoy tours of Project Oceanology’s <em>Envirolab</em> and the <em>Mystic Whaler </em>tall ship. And new this year -&nbsp\;children will be able to climb aboard and explore the historic Tug\, <em>Cornell</em>\, out of New York\, which was built in 1949.
